Referee Ethics
- Reviewers should ensure the confidentiality of the evaluation process and should not share it with third parties.
- Referee reports should be prepared within the specified time, in the form of an objective, impartial, scientific, comprehensible and constructive critical evaluation.
- The referees should evaluate the scientific quality of the articles; in terms of subject method and literature review. Referee evaluations must be included in the report.
- When it is understood that the work is plagiarized or has been previously published elsewhere, the referees should notify the editor.
